CONVERSION, REFURBISHMENT, EXTENSION

This was a self funded building project.  The property was unseen from the road due to overgrown garden and the existing cottage was uninhabitable.  The land and cottage was totally stripped prior to work starting.  The cottage was totally refurbished and various features were renewed to retain the character and style of the old cottage.  A two storey extension was added to create a kitchen, dining room, lounge, garden room, utility, and downstairs WC. A further two bedrooms, each with en-suite were added to the first floor.  This property was sold before it was finished.  The new owners had various ideas of finish to which we adhered.
